MPoA is an airy, breezy villa located on the SE coast of Barbados. Set apart from the tourist areas, this home is a slice of heaven. Relax in your own pool, catch a view of the sea from the upper deck or take a short walk to a quiet, secluded beach. This home is perfect to vacation with friends or family while leaving your troubles behind! Only 10 mins from the airport and close to Six Roads for shopping. Nestled between Crane Resort and the old Sam Lord’s castle. Enjoy!
Good to know
When you rent at Majestic Palms of Avalon you will be renting the complete home and all that it has to offer. A private backyard for swimming and sunning, a large kitchen and dining area and plenty of space to spread out. A great place for family or to travel with others! This home comfortably fits 3 couples or a large family. Three bedrooms- 2 of which have queen beds and the last a king. In addition there are 2 portable beds which are best for children +/or teens. There is to be absolutely NO smoking or large/loud gatherings at this family home. Any evidence of such could result in the forfeiture of your security deposit. Thank you in advance for your compliance. There is so much to see in Barbados; whether you prefer the more rugged terrain of the east coast or the white sandy beaches of the west coast and everything in between. At Majestic Palms you get a little of it all with a pool, a view and a small beach nearby. A car rental is suggested to easily get to other destinations, however a taxi or bus is never too far away.
House Rules
Air conditioning is provided in the bedrooms and should only be used overnight and when in the room. Please use with the door and windows closed. Pool lights must be turned off when not in use/during the day. 14 night bookings include one house cleaning mid stay. Arrangements can be made for daily maid service if desired- for a fee. Suitable for infants and children although the home is not child-proofed, nor is there special infant bedding. Please use caution. Please NO parking on the grass. NO car maintenance or washing in driveway.

Majestic Palms is a relaxing home away from home. You’ll find all the amenities you need to enjoy your stay. While we do suggest a car rental for your convenience, we can also suggest drivers for private tours or taxi runs. Bus stops are just a short walk away. Many dining options are available in the area including restaurants at the Crane Hotel and the famous Cutter’s restaurant, Le Shack and Dis Ole House. The latter is in walking distance.

Majestic Palms is located in St. Philip close to Shark’s Hole. It is less than 10 minutes to the Crane Hotel and a short walk to the old home of Sam Lord’s Castle. Six Roads is 10 minutes by car and offers a grocery store and more where you can find just about anything you need for your stay.

We can arrange an airport pick up, a grocery run and more. Taxis are plentiful at the airport and have fixed rates. A rental car is a fabulous option - just remember you are driving on the left side of the road here. We can provide info on car rental and a discount. :-) If you prefer not to drive there is a bus stop located at the top of the street or taxi’s may be a good option for you. Whether you plan to stay on the property and just relax or go explore the island - we’ll help you every step of the way!
